6. Order Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed (within the 1-3 business day window), it cannot be canceled.
In such cases, you may return the item in accordance with our 30-day refund policy once it has been delivered. Please note that shipping times for the United Kingdom are estimated at 6-12 business days.
